It’s soooooooooo hot today……

And I have an outside event to attend later on.

I hope I don't melt.

I'm working on removing my candy coating so I can store it until I get back.

Just don't stay too long in anyone's hand. It could get messy. :D

Ooooh Laurita...spending the day in a hand....imagination kicks in....runs amok...lands on : a giant's hand...yes, please, I'd enjoy spending the day in the hand of a giant. Especially if he lifted me onto things..like mountain tops, skyscrapers, Sequoias, big piles of gold.

You know, typical things giants have just hanging around in their magical kingdoms.

I thought giants had beans?

I'm with Cathy on this one, thought giants had beans?
Or are you just wanting to stand out in the crowd who'd first ask to get help climbing that beanstalk? :P

@ 韋志,
The secret is to let the layers build up SLOWLY, otherwise you get Pollyanna syndrome. And that's NEVER pretty.

@ Cathy and Estrella, I'm pretty sure it was Jack who had the beans, but now that you mention it, I can imagine hollowing out a GIANT bean into a nice little hobbit-like house while visiting in giant land.

As long as it doesn't sprout while I'm sleeping in it I'll be snug as a bug.

Everybody cross your fingers that (a)it's the dry season in giantland, and (b)he doesn't accidentally put my bean house down on a damp paper towel.

Take off that candy shell and enjoy the heat!

@ Helen and Cathy,
It actually cooled down nicely late in the day so I only melted a little bit.

I'm thinking extra sweet thoughts to make up for the bits that dripped off.

That's a weird visual. But not as weird as the visual of the discarded candy coating shell standing by the door when I came home. The empty eye sockets ALONE is nightmare material....laughing...

Hope it wasn't too hot! It's been hot here too, and with lots of graduations going on. I'm sure those caps and gowns don't help the heat, but somehow I doubt the grads mind! Clicked over from Helen's, enjoyed browsing.

Helen ROCKS Joanne, thanks for stopping over from her place.

Browse away. I leave the door open 24/7. And there are some fresh baked cookies on the counter, help yourself.
