I have a story at Flashes in the Dark today called "Good Clean Fun." It's entered in the lycanthropy contest and I'd really love to win. Go on over and leave me a comment if you have time.
[gives you the big brown eyes]
The last time I won a contest was in the sixth grade spelling bee.
Funnily enough, the winning word was Lycanthrope.

BUT that's the same damn story you had up on Friday. So now everyone that reads this blog, has the special opportunity to read the same story, somewhere else, and then comment on it or vote for it, or whatever hoop you're demanding people jump through.
Pah. I don't even know what hoop I'm supposed to jump through. That's shoddy hoop-wrangling, woman.
Here I'll hold the hoop up closer and set it ablaze for you Anton.
It was supposed to go up in late March, so you would have forgotten ALL about it by then with the help of some [edited]
But there it is today.
Who am I to demand that the fates intercede for me, a mere [probably] mortal....
AND the best part? It had a typo earlier. Don't know if it still does.....
PAH indeed... *sigh*
I went, I read, I commented - all without the blazing hoop that Anton needs.
I, too, went over to read and comment. It was very easy to do.
But, I'll sit here for a while. I want to watch the Amazing Anton and the Blazing Hoop segment of the entertainment.
*brings out the popcorn*
Just wait until the monkeys with guns show up Marisa, then it promises to be REALLY fun.
Ah... Laura that's because you weren't afraid to stop and ask for directions.
Well that and you're gracious and lovely and supportive... as is Marisa...but that goes without saying.
[but I said it anyway. Thanks my lovelies!]
Marisa - pass the popcorn please...
Is the popcorn with lots of butter? Pass it here too in that case ;)
left a comment on your piece on Flashes in the Dark too Karen, I love it just as much as (if not more) last week :)
Awwww, thank you Estrella. I was a bit startled to see that the end line had been pulled out of the closing paragraph as a stand alone gag.... it made it a bit grinny for me.... but Laura told me to breathe and let it go....so I did.
Pass the popcorn?
